NCCP Coaching Clinics

Lacrosse New Brunswick is committed to supporting the development of coaches at all levels of the game through the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP). Coaching clinics provide new and returning coaches with the tools, knowledge, and confidence needed to create a safe, positive, and development-focused environment for athletes.

NCCP certification clinics help coaches develop:

• Technical and tactical understanding of the game

• Practice planning and athlete development skills

• Leadership and communication abilities

• Safe sport and ethical coaching practices

• Confidence in managing teams and supporting athlete growth

Whether you are coaching for the first time or continuing your certification pathway, NCCP clinics are an important part of coach development within lacrosse in New Brunswick.
