Founders Cup 2026 is coming to Saint John

Saint John has been selected to host the 2026 Junior B Male National Lacrosse Championships, also known as the Founders Cup, from August 17 to 22, 2026.  The prestigious National Tournament will be held at TD Station, bringing the country's top Junior B lacrosse talent to New Brunswick.

The Saint John Rapids Lacrosse Club will serve as the Host Team, welcoming championship teams from across Canada for six days of high-level competition.  The Founders Cup represents the pinnacle of Junior B men's box lacrosse in Canada and is sanctioned by Lacrosse Canada.

Hosting the 2026 Founders Cup marks a significant milestone for lacrosse in Saint John and the province, highlighting the region's growing reputation as a destination for major sporting events.  The tournament is expected to attract athletes, coaches, officials, families and fans from coast to coast, providing a boost to the local economy while showcasing Saint John's strong lacrosse community.

TD Station, a premier multi-purpose arena in the heart of uptown Saint John, will provide a first-class venue for the National Championship, offering fans an exciting and professional game-day experience.
